Q: The product I want is out of stock; will it be restocked?
Not all items will be restocked. Restocks depend on the popularity of an item. If an item is definitely not going to be restocked, and inventory is low, it will be placed in the "last chance" area of the shop.
Updates on restocks will be sent out through emails, as well as through social media announcements. You can find these links and information on the "About" page.
Q: I purchased a pre-order item, when will it ship?
Each pre-order item varies. The timeframe depends on what the type of item is (pin, keychain, bag, etc), and how long it will take for us to receive it from the manufacturer. An approximation will typically be listed within the description of the item, so please check there for information. If you have a specific question, you may send an email to email@example.com
Q: I placed an order, and one (or more) of the items is a pre-order. Will I receive my order in 2 separate shipments?
No! In this case, you will receive your order whenever the pre-order item arrives and is ready to be shipped out. So for example, if you ordered a pre-order item and a Quack Stack enamel pin, you will receive both of them at the same time.
Q: Can I purchase large 11x17" prints on your store?
Unfortunately due to shipping pricing issues with Shopify, my 11x17" prints are not listed here. If you are interested in purchasing one, they are still listed for sale on my Etsy Shop.
