Shipping & Handling
Orders may take anywhere from 3 - 7 days to process, and shipments usually go out 1 - 2 times a week. This will be the case unless otherwise stated on the home page. There may be times when orders take a bit longer to get out, such as during holidays or busy times, however this will also be announced on the home page.
If you need your order by a specific date (such as an event or birthday), you may leave a note with your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however there is no guarantee that it will always be possible.

All estimated delivery time applies to the amount of time your package may take to arrive after it has shipped. If your package has not arrived within this time frame, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The cost of shipping varies depending on package weight and destination. Below is an estimate of our shipping costs:

Letter mail is used for orders that only include stickers and/or mini prints. Any order that includes an item that doesn't fall under those categories will be sent as a package.
All US package orders come with a USPS tracking number. To keep the shipping costs down for my international customers, orders will ship through First Class Mail (Int). Due to the nature of this option, shipping information may stop updating once it leaves the US. If you'd like tracking, an upgrade option is available.
"My package hasn't arrived, even though the tracking info says it's been delivered."
Please do your best to check if the package may have been accidentally delivered to the wrong address. Mix-ups with the post office can occur from time to time and are out of our control. If your package is listed as "delivered", there isn't much we can do on our end.
Speaking with your local post office is best in this situation. It's possible they may have prematurely marked it as delivered as well, so your package may show up after waiting a few days.

Please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible with your order number and correct address. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to change it for you.
If the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
If the package is sent back to me in good condition, you may pay the shipping fee again and have your order re-shipped to the correct address.
If your package has arrived damaged, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of delivery. Please send a photo of the damaged goods, as well as your name and order number, and we will work with you to accommodate the issue.
Returns, Cancellations, or Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, as all sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Customers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees associated with receiving their order. It is illegal to mark international orders with a lower value to avoid custom fees and/or taxes. We will not be able to refund any shipping & handling fees if you deny the package due to customs fees.
Return to Sender Orders
If your order is returned to sender due to an error that is not ours (for example: shipping address provided is inaccurate, order was not picked up at post office, package was refused, etc.) you may choose one of two things:
- Your order can be reshipped reshipped if an alternative address is provided and re-shipment fee is paid. This fee will be the original cost of shipping.
- You may elect for a refund of the item minus the shipping costs.
